Even some people don’t agree i still believe that .EDU and .GOV incoming links carry an additional weight over ordinary links.Search engines love and trust these authority sites and building just a few backlinks could visibly improve your SERPS. But there is a problem, these links are not easy to get.

I’ve seen a lot of  “How to get .EDU and .GOV backlinks” articles but most of them were talking only about search queries tricks to find .EDU and .GOV blogs and forums. It’s still a easy method to find blogs and forums but most of them are nofollow and since nofollow links don’t pass pagerank or anchor text they are pretty much useless.. so you still need to search manually if you want to find dofollow pages.
