Almost everybody use Twitter,Facebook or Linkedin.Those are the main social media networks on the internet,networks used by almost all bloggers/webmasters.Here is a list with 15 simple tips for beginners :

1.Shrink your URLs
Almost all Twitter users are sharing link.You can share what you think in just 140 characters ,so instead of sharing long links you can share short links.
2. Retweet
If you want to copy and paste someone else’s tweet it’s OK,you’ll be apreciated if you put “RT @name of original twitter” before you tweet that content.
3.Share Photos
Peoples like sharing their photos ! On Twitter you can easly upload your photos and share them directly to Twitter.You can use services like Twitpic or SnapTweet for uploading your photos .
4. Use a good Desktop Client
I use TweetDeck, because in my opinion is the best desktop client .Using TweetDeck you can stay in touch with what’s happening on your Twitter account and on your Facebook account.
5.Use a mobile client
If you have an Blackberry or an iPhone you can easly share your tweets using a mobile client.On the internet are a lot of mobile clients , but I like 3 mobile clients : Twitterific , Twidroid and TwitterBerry .

1.Make your profile interesting to read
You must spend a lot of time creating a profile that not only provides information but make people read it through.Applications like iRead, friends wheel, flixster, and wordpress plugin will bring your profile to life.
2.Try to be a member of up to 30 groups , so people can see what are your topics of interest. If you are interested by SEO you must find as much as possible groups with SEO experts and peoples which are interested about SEO and Social Media.
3.Create groups
Create groups in areas that are not saturated, and you can add value to the comunity .
4.Constantly review the groups you are member of, and engage in the discussions there.
If you are an active member you will gain some respect into the comunity and you’ll be more apreciated by users.
5.Use your real and full name in your profile
Don’t sign on under some cute alias or nickname; nobody’s going to be able to find you.Using your real name it’s a simple way to become a well known person after your real name and not after your nickname.

Change your random generated URL . You can however change that to something more simple and search engine optimized.
3. Enable Network Feeds in LinkedIn
LinkedIn provides an RSS feed for your network updates so you may know when people add new connections or switch jobs in your RSS reader itself.
4. Join Linkedin Groups to connect and interact
Linkedin groups are essentially discussion forums for specific interest groups. They allow you to find out the lates news, and to join in debates on topics of interest. You should be joining groups both of interest to you professionally, and the groups where your potential clients “hang out”.
5.Ask and answer questions
Using the Answers feature brings your name and profile around to people you’re not exposed to directly. This means more opportunities for someone to recognize your authority in some field, and to reach out and contact you for something further.

Guys, I just want to share one important and great news. Dell, a laptop computer provider has crossed sale of 1 million from twitter. This is a breaking news and once again dell has done this becoming a pioneer in this.
We can also see retailers like kohls, jcpenny have channels in twitter and facebook. Just thought of sharing this news.
